Deviation Actions
Hello fellow family members,
This is
, co-founder and folder manager, of the group speaking. I have a few things I think needs to be brought up to the attention of everyone regarding the submission of deviations to folders.
1) I have been noticing an increase of submissions being submitted to the Featured folder. The featured folder is ONLY for Admins of the group. How a lot of deviations got in, I don't know. But, I have been telling people to stop posting art into that folder. If I have to tell you once, then that is strike one. If I have to tell you a second time, then it will be strike two. Strike three is where action will be in order, and that will mean a removal from the group.
2) It seems like that people are still trying to submit to folders that are closed, and telling us that it is full. We have recently changed our policy on how you submit to the group. There is a folder called "Submit Here". Please use that folder to submit any artwork you have. If that folder is full, please let me know that it is full so I can make another folder. Do not submit the artwork to another folder.
If you follow these rules, that would be wonderful and would make my job a lot easier.

New Rules with Submitting Art..PLEASE READ

As a co-founder of this group...I am also in charge of the folder management. Over the past few months, I have noticed that some rules are going unnoticed, and it is starting to get annoying to correct the mistakes that are being done. Now, I know that everyone is human and we all make mistakes....but these are repetitive offenders, and the rules are CLEARLY posted. I know not everyone reads the journals or the main page when they submit, but this would help everyone out if you would.
So----as for the rules:
1) Submissions-3/week
2) SUBMIT TO THE SUBMIT HERE FOLDER. I can't tell you how important this is. Because we scaled
